Admission Process

Both Parent(s) and the child have to be present in the moment of inscription. Set a time aside to observe the location, to familiarize the environment, and the activities in which the child will partake throughout the course of the day helping him develop a connection with the Day Care.  

Prior to Admission form requirements: 

·        Copy of Birth Certificate 

·        Application 

·        Consent Form

·        In case of an Emergency Form 

·        Child Pick-Up Authorization Form 

·        A complete physical exam*

·        Transportation Plant (if the children are being transported)

·        Summary of the licensing

·        Discipline Plan

·        Late policy

·        Contract
